Military Appreciation Day

At Jenkinson’s Boardwalk

 

DATE:               Labor Day, Monday, September 3rd

LOCATION:     Jenkinson’s Boardwalk

                           Point Pleasant Beach

TIME:                1100-1700 Hours

 

Open to current NJ National Guard Soldiers/Airmen (with IDs) and their immediate Family.

 

NJNG Members will present their Military ID at the Welcome Table on the Boardwalk (foot of Parkway, opposite the Aquarium).  Guard Personnel and their immediate family will be issued VIP wristbands entitling the wearers to free passage to the beach, unlimited rides, Fun House Entrance and the Aquarium. From 1100-1700.

 

Wristbands are limited to IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY (spouse and children).  All attendees are invited to attend the Labor Day Concert honoring the Troops given by Chaplain Stephenson  and the Orchestra of St Peter by the Sea at 1930 concluding with a Fireworks Display at 2045.

 

DUE TO LIMITED PARKING IN POINT PLEASANT BEACH, CONTINUOUS SHUTTLE SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED FROM THE SEA GIRT ARMORY TO JENKINSON’S FROM 1030 TO 2130 HOURS.
